We kindly ask to pay balance by check 7 days prior to your arrival. Thank you! The use of the 14' aluminum boat is included in the rental fee. For an additional fee of $ 200.00 + Tax per week (or $ 40.00 + Tax per day during off peak season) you can rent our 15' aluminum fishing boat with 25 hp Mercury motor (1 tank of gas included). Rental fee for the motor boat also payable 7 days prior to arrival. (Boats and pier are in winter storage from end of October to end of April) Cancellation no later than 60 days prior to arrival with a $ 100.00 cancellation fee and only if we can fill your vacancy. Check-in for weekly rentals is Saturday at or after 4:00pm Check-out for weekly rentals is Saturday at or before 11:00am Bed linens, hand towels and kitchen towels are included as well as hand soap, dishwashing soap, coffee filter, paper towels and toilet paper. Please, bring your own bath towels and beach towels. Rental rates are subject to change without notice. |
